Pick-up Policies

We are very thorough in the quality of our products. All our customers retain the right to make a decision about buying our products at lower prices if the flowers are of less quality than what we usually provide. However, bad quality products will not be sold.

Jasmine string boxes are always opened and shown to our customers at the pick-up location. There are no exceptions, even for a bulk order.

Loose flowers are in transparent Ziplocs so their quality is also seen by our customers when they come for pick-up.

Only garlands of any kind are not opened and shown due to their fragility.
Refund Policies

If there are any issues with the flowers and garlands you picked up, please let us know by texting us a picture and a brief explanation of the care you took during the transport to and the storage conditions at your location. We need this text regardless of if the issue is handled via a phone call.

Refunds are only available if there are pictures and we’ve determined that there were no transport or storage issues on your end.
